If a customer has accidentally deleted lesson or overwritten lesson content then the simplest way to retrieve this is to load the plan history. This is not currently assigned a user interface so you will need to use the below link to retrieve the history of a plan.

1. Sign into the customers account and open the unit/inquiry plan to retrieve the plan ID # - this will be located in the address bar at the top of the page.
2. In a new tab enter in the 'plan history' web link and type in the plan ID # then click enter.
