If an e-book has been created for a title then you can email a digital preview of a title to a customer. Please note once the email has been processed in Accredo it will wait in a queue to be sent (usually every half hour or so).

At the beginning of the video - you will see the contacts web details are opened, if they don't have a web login, enter in the email address and create a generic password then click save - it won't let you process this preview without a web account.
