Join the webinar, if the customer has not connected after 5minutes give them a call to check if they are having any trouble connecting or cannot attend.
Check they can hear you and see your screen once it has been shared.
Let them know the webinar will run for about 10-15minutes depending on questions.
What I will be showing you today is a new resource tool that is available in your iUgo account and how it looks to be subscribed and have unlimited access to all this content.
Step 2.
Browsing the Teachables library (open the main Teachables page)
We have taken the Essential Resources publications and broken them up into bite sized lessons plans, learning activities, and worksheets.
This library of resources is now integrated with iUgo.
On the left of the Teachables homepage you can browse resources by NZ curriculum learning areas and levels. You can also search for content under relevant themes and topics.
You can click on the resource name to view it in more detail and have a look at preview pages.
If you find a resource you like then it can be immediately added to your filebox.
In the filebox these resources can be downloaded as a PDF or printed out so they can be shared with students who require a digital copy or a print out.
Step 3.
Accessing Teachables in your plans (show a user how to view teachables in their plans)
We know that teachers can spend alot of time browsing the internet to try and find inspiring resources that will work well with your learning objectives and class needs.
We have added a smart filter in your plans and lessons that enable you to open Teachables and view a list of suggested content aligned to your plan learning areas and levels.
In a matter of a couple of clicks you can bolster your lesson to cater for students at multiple level abilities. Or you may need additional resources for students who require support or extension on a subject.
This library of resource content becomes invaluable to easily support students at any level ability in primary or intermediate years.
Besides having a large library already available - we have a dedicated team who will be uploading new content every week so you have the fresh resources to choose from.
