• Who hosts data stored in iUgo and where is this located?
  All our data is hosted in Australia, in the Microsoft Azure Sydney data centre.
  
  
• What are iUgo’s password protection protocols?
  Our password protocol for new accounts is 8 characters. We are in the process of moving to the latest version of .NET which will include multi-factor authentication, we expect this development to be live in the next couple of months.
  
  
• Single sign on options:
  Currently we don’t offer single sign on options and are working on adding SSO with Microsoft (this is likely to be live in the next couple of months).
  
  
• What teacher/ student information is stored on iUgo?
  A teacher’s first and last name, email address, and classroom name. A student’s first and last name can be added to the student/group manager – however you can still plan lessons for groups and use the group manager without these details.
  
  
• Learning management system (schoolbox) integration
  We can provide integration with your learning management system schoolbox at an added cost (we would also need to check that schoolbox offer integrations to other sites). To explore this option, we would need to know what kind of information from your SMS you would like connected to the iUgo Planner.
