If a customer has a video sitting on a loading circle like the below image, and after checking the normal things (general stuff – incognito, a different browser, browser being up to date, clearing the cache and restarting etc). It could be their network and the need to whitelist the video embed link.


Although our videos are uploaded directly to learning worlds, the videos are actually hosted by them on wistia.com so their IT person needs to whitelist *.wistia.com  in order for the videos to load properly.
